Welcome to the magical world of Ella McK Creations. Ella McK is short for Fenella McKenzie, but most people know me as Ella.

I have been sculpting and producing characters and babies, and teaching the art of silicone for over seventeen years. I created my first babies when I was living in the USA in 2005, but have since returned to the UK . I have a masters degree in prosthetics and special effects from Falmouth University, studying under the amazing Neill Gorton and Brad Greenwood. I am now an associate lecturer at Southampton Solent University (part time) which gives me a great opportunity to share my skills with young people as well as research in this amazing field of art and continue my own learning journey.

For collectors looking to buy a silicone baby, I only produce individual works for the collectors that I know or have been recommended to me. I will attend most of the UK collectors shows and would love to meet and talk with interested collectors about creating their dream baby.

For film and television projects within prosthetics and effects, I am always interested in opportunities that require high quality art finishing, character sculpture or are a challenging project perhaps involving new technology. I bring experience as an engineer and as an artist; and an aptitude for fast paced and innovative work. This year I will be attending the Prosthetics Event and would love to meet up and discuss how my work would fit with your projects.

For artists and companies requiring molding/casting production services I offer consultancy through to full service production with both digital and traditional methods and workflows. My studio is fully equipped for both approaches.
