In addition to the terms and conditions set out in your custom artwork contract, you agree that by making a payment to Ella McK Creations Ltd., you do so under the terms of your contract where all payments are non refundable. Each payment is for time and materials for the stage of custom work and the goods do not become your property until completed and paid for in full. The contract does not include any delivery service and you will need to arrange to collect your artwork or arrange, at additional cost, a suitable courier with insurance.
Ella McK does not guarantee any specific match of colour or features, but will try where possible to work within the customers requirements. Colours may not be accurately represented due to the variation of screen displays.
